How do I view prior year budget?

Change the "As of Date" to the year that you wish to view before generating the report. For example, to view 2007-2008, change the date to 8/31/2008.

The Division's fiscal year end is August 31st.

Any purchases Shipped before this date will be charged to August - even though the invoice may not get paid until September.
